2025年9月,我司成功签约中润光能美国北卡罗来纳州高效光伏电池片生产基地项目,承接该项目环保废气设备的设计、供货、UL认证及全流程配套服务,助力中润光能北美光伏布局实现美国EPA标准合规落地。
中润光能美国项目为规避贸易壁垒拓展北美市场,对废气处理提出严苛要求。针对光伏电池片扩散、刻蚀等工序产生的氟化物、NOx、VOCs等有害废气,我司定制分类收集+组合工艺专属解决方案,融合喷淋吸收、催化燃烧先进技术,设备兼具处理效率高、能耗低、智能化运维等优势,处理后废气排放浓度远低于美国当地排放标准,实现环保与生产效益双向提升。

Recently, our company successfully signed a contract with Zhongrun Optoelectronics for its high-efficiency photovoltaic cell production base project in North Carolina, USA, and undertook the design, supply and whole-process supporting services of environmental protection waste gas equipment for the project, helping Zhongrun Optoelectronics' North American photovoltaic layout achieve compliant landing in line with the US EPA standards.
Zhongrun Optoelectronics' US project expands the North American market to avoid trade barriers and puts forward stringent requirements for waste gas treatment. Aiming at the harmful waste gas such as fluoride, NOx and VOCs generated in the diffusion, etching and other processes of photovoltaic cells, our company customized an exclusive solution of classified collection + combined process, integrating advanced technologies of spray absorption and catalytic combustion. The equipment has the advantages of high treatment efficiency, low energy consumption and intelligent operation and maintenance. The concentration of treated waste gas emission is far lower than the local emission standards in the United States, achieving a two-way improvement of environmental and production benefits.
This cooperation is a high recognition of our technical strength and product quality by Zhongrun Optoelectronics, and also a key breakthrough for our company to expand the North American photovoltaic environmental protection supporting market. In the follow-up, we will strictly advance equipment production, commissioning and other work in accordance with the project schedule to ensure the smooth commissioning of the project.
